  Get rid of the self serve check out kiosk and put actual human beings taking your order. Because I don’t get paid to place my order on them. I ordered something wrong and then was told they couldn’t refund it back. Had to order the right stuff with a actual person

  Absolutely loved the experience tonight. Wonderful crew working in drive thru. So polite and absolutely amazing.

  I have been to a lot of taco bells throughout the states and this one is one of the best I have ever been to. Everyone was super friendly and easy going. Food was exactly as ordered and quick. Finally glad to say I found a taco bell that's worth it.

  First off the low star reviews are a lie this place is amazing. Second off its taco bell they dont sell ranch packets. Their customer service is amazing and they answer the phone when you call. There food is all ways fresh hot and amazing. If you dont go to this taco bell you missing out, and no I dont work there I just love that there is still one fast food place in muscle shoals that actually cares about what they do and their customers. Also when the cheesey cheddar catina chicken chalupas come back im buying all of them.
