- CCCritJun 11, 20251.0I ordered online , and when I drove up to window, they said no order was received. I ordered again ifo the drive thru cashier, she then told me to pull up in front. I checked my app and seen that the order did go through and it charged me twice. Then they fixed food and said cant give refunds at store. After arriving at work, noticed items in bag was items I didnt order. Just requesting a refund for both orders on their app....no response so far. Disappointed.
