  Everytime I order from this location, my order is either missing an item, or it's made incorrectly. The workers do not care about the food quality. Go to another location!

  Atmosphere's okay; food and service are generally deplorable (e.g., they'll leave you standing there for a pick-up order for 10 minutes while your staring at the bag just out of reach behind the counter; they leave out ingredients in your food and never inform you; they'll leave you waiting up to 30-minutes for your order to be completed, etc.) Something needs to change.

  Food was incorrectly made. Soda fountain tasted like soap. Had to wait for ten minutes to get assistance with anything.

  Team Lyders focuses too heavily on drive thru, leaving an upwards of five customers at a time waiting for over ten minutes. The prices are higher than other stores, the portions are smaller than other stores. This is just blatant disrespect for customers.

  Myself and 4 other people stood in line waiting at the counter while the staff ignored all of us for over 10 minutes. Terrible, terrible customer service. Food was ok.. but man... get someone to work the counter
