  When I order through Uber Eats or DoorDash, they don't attend to the drivers; they leave them until last. If they don't like serving delivery people, why offer the service? Don't online customers deserve their food on time? Terrible service. And it's the only Taco Bell that does this. Order from another Taco Bell.

  Waited 15 minutes to get my food inside the building and i ordered it 15 minutes prior, my friend asked for a just a cup and he'll pay when theyre ready and the woman working proceeds to slap my friends hand. Terrible everything at this taco bell always 30 total minutes of waiting mind you i ordered a taco and a drink ONLY

  I am writing this review on the behalf of every the delivery driver who have to pick up from this god awful place. You have my respect. From what I gathered the workers here serve in this ranking: 1. Drive-thru Customers 2. Dine-in Customers 3. Pick-up Drivers (They treat drivers like animals here.) Oh and if you are a driver and they ask you to come back 5-10 mins for your order at the drive-thru, DO NOT OBLIGE. Park your car and wait at the booth BC THEY WILL FORGET! Congratulations for winning the WORST TACO BALL in Bergen County hands down! Back to back! What management?? pfff

  they put jalapenos in my crunchwrap supreme. very rude and i think they did it maliciously. no meat just jalapenos and not what i ordered. ruined my night. couldve been terrible if i had a food allergy ; dont come here they will surprise you like they did to me

  Don't waste your time coming to this place.The customer service is ridiculous.They have about 13 people working, but still make you wait.Forty five minutes to get a taco I waited once for that never again
