  The girl who took our order was very rude a short heavy set girl with long dark brown hair and a nasally voice she got the order correct but once we pulled to the window she didn’t look at us at all no eye contact to hello didn’t say the price just put the card reader in our face after we said hello and charged us for the wrong order then when we said something she finally stopped taking orders then acted snappy and RUDE she said to her manager we didn’t say anything to her and just tapped which is WRONG we said hello and she was TAKING a order and ignored us then got angry at us openly and the manager said “ she’s mad because you guys didn’t say anything “ which AGAIN wrong I work at Starbucks so I understand rushes but that was absolutely the unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful service I’ve received it’s obvious this her first time in food Service and obviously needs to learn real customer service skills and hospitality I don’t care how bad your work days been I just lost some one and just wanted a discovery luxe box not some girls bad attitude and her managers mediocre management skills

  The worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The rating requires the 0! Waited more than 30 mins for picking up online order. Staff very rude. Worst experience ever! Do not order here!

  Drove thru just now, ordered $34 worth of food, asked to add guac at the window and the cashier looked at me in the face and said "No" no one was behind me, Thanks Haylie S

  I ordered two combo meals that were supposed to come with six tacos, two of them with chicken. Instead, I only received three tacos in total — none of them had chicken. What I got was literally just a tortilla with shredded lettuce, cheese, and mayonnaise. No meat, no proper filling, nothing. On top of that, the tacos were cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the whole thing tasted undercooked and thrown together carelessly. For the price I paid, this was beyond disappointing. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or accuracy. Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had.

  looks nice but workers were so rude and dismissive, gave me the wrong burrito, and burnt my sides :/ also a unbelievably long wait. never returning to this location after this
