Been in the city for 5 years and the taco bells up there are terrible. This was a MAJOR step up. The guys in there put in the work.

This is directed to the owners, franchisee, or whoever else bought into this place, the staff sucks, I'm expected to enter my own order, and When it finally gets there, it sucks ... anybody taking responsibility?
