They thru in my desert in no container and it was squished by my food and the gordita shells were heard as rocks

We placed a mobile order and were told to wait in the drive thru. We waited for over an hour and a half in the drive thru and the staff was extremely rude. When we were missing part of our order the drive thru attendants got an attitude and then took an additional 20 minutes to get us our final items. Beyond ridiculous service
