It seems like either the speaker is broken or the staff just aren’t paying attention to what customers are ordering. Multiple times I’ve paid for items I didn’t receive. For example, today I ordered a DD taco with sour cream (which was missing) and instead of a 7-layer burrito I was given a bean and rice burrito. On top of that, the staff often come across as unfriendly and borderline rude. This is my closest Taco Bell, but the service and accuracy of orders here are consistently disappointing. Management really needs to hold the team accountable or bring in employees who understand the importance of customer service.
