  I placed an order through DoorDash from Taco Bell (store #036292, 14348 S Bell Rd, Homer Glen, IL), and I was extremely disappointed. The food arrived in a terrible condition — everything was messy, mixed together, and it looked as if someone had already eaten from it or at least touched and stirred it around. I didn’t even try the food because it looked unhygienic and unappetizing. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please pay more attention to how the food is prepared and packaged so that it arrives fresh, sealed, and looking like a proper meal.

  How do you mess up this badly? I literally got none of these items. One full bag of mix taco sauce. $35 down the drain 10/6/25 at 5pm Read the other reviews and go somewhere else

  Second time in a week immediately as I pull to the drive thru and the greeting is “we have a 15 minute wait”….

  What a joke this place is. They aren't open when their website says it is. I went through the drive thru and am pretty sure I was talking to a robot. "15 minute wait for food"

  y'all GOT to get to cleaning that freeze machine cause why every time i come thru it always taste so moldy. i come from southside and not even out there do i gotta worry about that 🤢 please clean that poor thing just throw every chemical you have at it at this point
