  I don't leave reviews usually but this was insane. We waited an hour for our order and while waiting for it at the counter no one would even acknowledge us. We were practically leaning on the counter and the workers would look at us and walk right past us, and were just in the back dancing to music and laughing. When we finally got our food over an hour later half of it was cold and we were missing an item. Only person who would help us was drivethrough worker named Kaydence, and she appears to be the only one who knows what she's doing and made an effort to keep things moving. This was absolutely unacceptable...

  If I'm the only one in the drive thru, there's zero reason to tell me to pull around to the pickup spots... Just make my food and give it to me. There was no one else there

  Hadn't been to Taco Bell in a while and now I know why. The store seemed fairly clean. The person taking my order was polite although I did most of the work on the kiosk. I paid about 11 dollars for the chicken cantina burrito and the chicken cantina taco. The burrito was ridiculously small, flavor was fair. The taco was laughable - mostly filled with air. Some meat and cheese covering perhaps 2/3rd of the length of the taco and very shallow. There was a time when Taco Bell was my "go- to." Not anymore.

  Another taco bell that locks their doors hours before they were supposed to. I know if I were to go through the drive thru, my order would be wrong just like every other time.

  They lock the building hours before they close and then they get my order wrong through the drive-thru. If you guys aren't open, then say that.
