  No menu…extremely watered down tea…was not tea colored but rather light translucent yellow. New Age music. Very little indoor dining area. Appears to be geared towards to go orders.

  Did a mobile order today, when I got there the employee at the drive through told me they never got my order, even though I had a verification email with my order number. She just kept telling me to "check my app" which is what I was doing. She seemed annoyed and asked me to just come to the window, when I did I showed her the verification. She finally told me they had my order, only for it to not be my order. She then told me to park and come inside. I left. I submitted a support ticket on the app and I'm hoping I can get a refund since I didn't get my order.

  Whoever the older lady is that works there— she is SO nice. She was working between 5pm-6pm on 08/19/25! THE nicest person I’ve ever come in contact with in any type of customer service. We always know her voice when she takes our order and it doesn’t matter what time of day she works, she is ALWAYS so kind and its genuinely appreciated!
