Avoid this place at all costs. I placed an order at their self service kiosk; I had to walk away because it took them forever. It was not like they were busy at all, there were at least three employees inside and there were no customers waiting in the drive-thru. The good thing, I was paying cash.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. The staff was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, they acted like we were an inconvenience.
On top of that, their behavior felt unethical — ignoring orders, making snide remarks, and showing zero accountability when mistakes were pointed out. Rather than apologizing or correcting the issue, they doubled down with attitude.
This isn’t just about bad food or slow service — this was a complete lack of respect for paying customers. I’ll never come back to this location, and I’ll be warning friends and family to avoid it too.
Taco Bell corporate really needs to take a hard look at how this location is being run.
Completely shut down, staff gone, and for good reason. This place was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor never set foot here! Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Today when I came to pick up the order, 3 large drinks were not included. If I hadn’t noticed, the customer would have received an incomplete order. Please be more careful with packaging and order checks, as this causes issues for both customers and drivers
Placed order online and came to pick up. Got there & nobody answered the speaker so I pulled up and employee came out saying they were closed and I was “crazy waiting at a speaker for some food” lol. Said they were closed & they couldn’t help me
