This store and their employees have no regard for the clients. I came in to collect an order and four people were actively working and no one was in the store, yet I stood for over 10 minutes before someone addressed me to ask me if I was waiting on an order. That’s unacceptable in my opinion. Train your staff in customer service please! If they don’t like their jobs then they should find another!

Had a issue with 1 of my tacos it was lacking to say the least, but when I called attention to it, they were very apologic and fixed the issue immediately. Friendly crew, very clean dining area and restrooms. So 5 stars for me.

I'd love to talk to the owner of this franchise so they can be informed of how bad their managers are. I can't fathom how a place can be so terrible after only being open for three months. This level of awful usually only comes from advanced complacency.
Food is always haphazardly put together and half the time isn't correct. Opened a softshell taco from my order just now and it was basically just lettuce with a tiny, quarter sized, dollop of beef. That's not even the worst of it, I was once turned away at the drive through because they said they didn't have the staff to take anymore orders so close to closing time - it was 11:15, I still had 45 minutes.
Never thought I'd be taking the time to review a fast food joint, but I don't want other people to waste their money like I just did. Next time you get the craving for Taco Bell just drive the extra few miles to go to the one on 72.

Fast service, always get my order right, food is consistently good!! I'll keep coming back.
We have been to this location a few times, orders have been fast and for the most part everything was correct.
It’s fast food, it’s a lot of young workers… sometimes mistakes happen, but it is how a company corrects the issue and treats the customers that make all the difference. The girl at the drive thru(I missed her name) was very nice and polite when I ordered.
Jacob the manager took care of refunding the item, and Landon takes customer service to the next level and made sure to replace it and ask my wife if there was anything else they could do to make it right. We will return for sure!
