  I love taco bell but this location is notorious for forgetting food, wrong orders, missing sauces and extremely long wait times. Last night I sat in the drive through for over an hour only to be told by staff "sorry we've been busy". This isn't new either. The past 3 times I have gone, have been over an hour wait in the drive thru for a mobile order. If you have that kind of time to wait and maybe get your order correctly, then I say go for it.

  Was told it would be an hour long wait due to them being short staffed and busy. There were maybe 4 cars in the parking lot and 1 in the drive through. Not busy enough to justify an hour long wait.

  1 stars and I'm not coming back. Some of the worst service and wait times I've ever seen. "I don't care how long they have to wait as long as food gets made" - Employee screaming at other employees over a diner full of people who've already been waiting for OVER AN HOUR for their food that the restaurant will ultimately make incorrectly. And then you have to "Contact Support" to cancel the order you ultimately didn't have time to pick up. Support will try to stiff you out of your cash and give you a coupon. I had to contact them twice over it before they finally bent and gave me my money back. Not coming back here. Not bringing friends here. Not making recommendations. There is a Taco Bell across town that will have your order out in less than 5 minutes by comparison, and they're a hybrid with KFC, though I can't promise I'll be going there either. Astounds me that this location is so unapologetically slow.

  Was just in the store itself. There was an issue with a drive through customer. Server asked me to give them a minute. I said okay. He walked off to help. The entire time all I heard was the employees complaining loudly about not refunding the customer and how they were wrong. Not appropriate. This took into almost 10 minutes with nobody coming to help me. Also more customers building up behind me. This type of service is unacceptable. Im pretty patient but being left at the counter like that with loud employees doing nothing but complaining is ridiculous. Will not go back to that location.

  says you are open till 2 am but it’s 11 and you should private say online that your dining room is followed. so you don’t get any more bad reviews. because i was really upset that i couldn’t get food. you will be getting a call from me to your manager and i will be talking to them in a not so nice way. please change it asap before you rank your business even more have a good night 😘😘
