Manager was brusk and not friendly at all. And, there MAY have been a teaspoon of meat in my tacos. Seriously, I wrapped the tortilla around them three times because even with the cheese.And lettuce, it was barely anything in it.

I ordered ahead on the app and still waited over 15 minutes inside while they made the food. There wasn't very many customers in there so there was no reason that it should take THAT long. Then to top it off, they forgot the avocado salsa stuff that is supposed to come with my meal. The food was really good, I will give them that, but they are extremely slow so I won't go to this location anymore.
I know y'all wanna keep your window times down to a minimum, but if you're dangling my bag out the window already as I drive up and practically shutting the window in my face as I grab the food from your hand, you might wanna make sure everything I ordered was actually in the bag. Tired of being rushed out of the line to find that I'm missing items and/or sauces
Maddie in the drive-thru is an absolute gem—such an adorable personality! She’s always patient, soft-spoken, and makes the whole experience pleasant. Honestly, customer service like hers stands out. I can’t speak for everyone else, but since living in the Fate area, she’s been one of the highlights whenever I swing by.
And while I’m at it, shoutout to the Taco Bell here too—it’s been consistently solid. Orders come out right, food’s fresh, and the staff actually seem like they care. It’s rare to find fast food spots where you leave with your food and a smile, but Taco Bell manages to pull it off. Though... ya'll need to bring the chicken tenders and fries back!!! Big thanks to Maddie and the team for making late-night cravings worth the drive!

My experience was terrible! The drive-through Was a 45 minute wait. After being told, I couldn’t use my Taco Bell rewards inside because they couldn’t figure out how to check me in from that end. Extremely unorganized I asked for extra fire sauce, three times. And when I get my order, there’s no sauce’ . Definitely needs new management. And a course on customer service! Absolutely deplorable
