  Nathanial M was our drive thru window guy. It was the Friday before the 3rd Saturday in October. He was the absolute sweetest and carried on such wonderful friendly banter with my Vol 4 Life husband. Our food and service was all great (except every Taco Bell everywhere puts all the sour cream in one spot)! But this young man’s friendly attitude would make anyone boss or momma proud. Thank you for being a good and kind young man Nathanial. You made my husband giggle in the middle of a 14 hour road trip that is normally on 8 hours so way to go young man!! And you we lost the game and you won!

  I asked for no sour cream and no Pico due to Allergies. They left the sour cream off but the dish had pico covering all the chicken. I tried reaching out but the listed phone number does not work. So not able to communicate with the store about the issue is why they only get 1 star for service. I do not recommend this Taco Bell especially if you have food allergies. That was money, time and food wasted 😞

  Within the Prattville Millbrook area there are 3 taco bells that I have eaten at all frequently. This taco bell is unfortunately the worst. I understand that they probably have the highest volume of customers but my food orders have continuously had something wrong with them as well as every doordash order I have received from them.

  This Taco Bell is unbelievable, said only can do 1 order at the drive thru , I have worked in fast food you can do 2 seperate orders at a time plus their were not anybody in the drive thru they were slow I was the only one there so I will not go to this Taco Bell ever again no matter how hungry o am for tacos
