  I went through the Taco Bell drive thru recently and had a frustrating experience. First, the ordering system seems to use a robot/AI, and it really struggled to take my order accurately. I had to repeat myself multiple times, which was annoying. Then, once the order was finally placed, the wait time in the drive-thru was about 15 minutes — way too long for fast food. The food itself was fine once I got it, but the slow service and inaccurate ordering process made the experience disappointing. Hopefully Taco Bell can improve the drive-thru technology and speed up the service.
