  Went in the drive through and they only take one order. What kind of fast food restaurant can’t take multiple drive through orders in one car. This problem is so unnecessary it’s embarrassing. Not only that, each car took so long to get their food. I have never dealt with this at any other place.

  Wow. We will never go to the Westlake taco bell again. Every couple years we try them again and still, they never have what we want and the freezy had no ice and was warm syrup and they practically threw the stuff at us and we don't trust that the tacos weren't contaminated out of spite even tho we weren't mean so we aren't even eating it. Went in the trash. What's the point in this taco bell at all? And 3 or 4 yrs ago the managers at this one wouldn't cooperate with giving the police footage from their security cameras when we had an incident, like they didn't want to get caught or in trouble for not doing their jobs properly. Even the police were shocked at their unprofessionalism. Unbelievable.

  Honestly, this has to be my favourite Taco Bell, I come here consistently when I work in the area. The food is good, the employees are nice and it’s a nice place in general

  Not one Taco Bell serves breakfast on the west side of Cleveland. Avon, Avon lake, westlake, north Olmsted, w 117” says they do but nobody answers the window, false advertising

  I drove to this one because the other taco bell drive thru forgot what customer service meant. The meat tasted like it had been left under the heat lamp all day. (Was that soy sauce I detected?) Stale nacho chips and crispy gorditas didn't make it any better. At least the drinks were correct, cold, and carbonated. That made the "atmosphere" enjoyable in the car for the drive home at least.
