  Impossibly slow. Been waiting 15 minutes for my order and still don't have it. The one on groesbeck is way better.

  Why sale food to a customer when you know it's not fresh. I was sold the light special. Ordered a beef chalupa combo. The shells were hard not fresh as well the meat was room temperature.

  Absolutely the worst taco bell no need for exaggerating it is the lowest quality food service I've ever experienced. Orders are never right the orders are often so wrong that it's comical except being extremely hungry and low on cash doesn't make it so funny in the moment. There have been very large time gaps in between visits to this location but consistently it's always a terrible experience. The staff seem confused and ignorant to the concept of customer service and I hate that for them. Please consider closing this location for training and or hiring more qualified individuals to run this location. I'm both sick and sad about the unfortunate circumstances I was subjected to by having made the horrible life decision of stopping at this location.

  I placed a mobile order. Ordered 2 stackers, 2 classic boxes and a cheesy fiesta potato. I got up to the window in about 10 minutes. As the guy is handing me the food and than my drinks he says, " I really hope you have everything you ordered in there, just dont yell at me." So I had to pull over, check my bag, remind you they didnt use boxes so all the items were loose. Both nacho chips were completely spilled out of the bags and burritos/tacos had meat falling out of them. Cheese cups for nachos were half full. They got my order right but it was so sloppily put together it's enough to make me not go there again.
