  I’ve been here 3 times and they literally always get my order wrong. Today I ordered 2 bean burritos, she couldn’t hear me at the intercom after yelling, so I get up to the window & tell her directly AND SHE STILL got it wrong & only gave me 1 smh. Last time their cinnamon twist tasted like trash..it’s like they’re not even trying.. throw the whole staff away.

  This review is only for Christina C working the window on night shift 09/09/25. I wish more people in food service were like you. Covid ruined customer service attitudes largely across the board but not yours. When they’re looking for new leadership, you should be at the top of the list.

  Favorite foods, they have just about any burrito. Species, and there nice to you, they make sure you get everything you need and they're fast and clean. Thank you.

  We have been eating here all week. Every day it's horrible. Nachos bell grande were hard and burnt. Took one bite and threw away entire thing. Tostada tasted land looked like they were made 5 hours prior. One bite and threw away. Then had steak pita things and it was good but had 2 pieces of steak in it and rest was lettuce and sauce. Really disappointed. Then I decided to try the chipotle steak burrito I saw advertised on TV. What a let down. Again I opened before eating. It was fresh but again 2 measly pieces of steak in entire burrito. So disappointed again. We have ate here all week because emergency circumstances and no kitchen. I feel like our visits to Taco Bell are over. I didn't mention the cheesy potatos...old and hard! Just not happy after 5 visits in one week!
