  Apparently it is “company policy” not to hand online orders through the drive through window… I guess they can keep the food then, I’m not paying for it if they can’t hand it to me like normal people

  They got our order completely wrong, gave us crumbs for nachos and a broken hard shell taco. Always disappointed here.

  Ordered a 9 dollar box. They gave me the wrong box. They were out of cilantro AND the new MT dew purple freeze. No mild sauce or napkins. And they made the cheesy bean and rice wrong? They acted like I was being difficult for ordering. No special orders either. You'd think they know how to count AND make tacos....so sad...

  Food was fine. I love taco bell. The service however was terrible. I asked them to not round up my bill and they did it any way. Never going back to this store. Hope they close it if this is how they treat their customers
