  Every time we go, we roll up to the speaker to be told “sorry we’re closed.” Time of day doesn’t seem to matter. It’s apparently run on “vibes”

  I paid for a Crunchwrap meal. There was very little filler. A few bites in it started tasting burnt puke. Then to top it all off the service was horrible she ended grabbing my card with Attitude for some reason and reaching our hand out aggressively to hand me my bag of food and then shut the window immediately. No have a good day nothing like that I'm sorry but this service needs to get better

  This Taco Bell‘s had a bad rap for a long time. But if you have a smile on your face and are courteous to the employees, you’d be surprised how friendly they are.

  Don’t waste your time going here they always mess up your order and always close at least 30 min to an hour early every night I will be looking to contact the district manager about it tho people drive out their way because they are open late only to be turned away saying they are closed at 130 and it clearly states 2am on the drive thru door

  Taco Bell Ypsilanti location is among the worst I have ever been to! You would've thought you pulled into a Karen's Diner. Customer service is SO BAD it is hard to believe its not a gimmick restaurant. Location is open until 4:00a.m. I attempted to go through the drive-thru at 11:10p.m. and the employee asks what I'd like to order. I started to place my order and before I could get a couple words out, I was immediately interrupted by the employee saying, "I don't know what you want but there are only two of us here tonight and we're not making big orders." However, there were 3 other employees sitting outside by the front door smoking weed. I put in my order for a chalupa combo. Then I attempted to put an order for the person I was with. I got a couple words out before being interrupted again, "I told you we're short tonight. We're not making the second order. Pull up to the second window for your total for the chalupa combo." I am in really curious to know how this location remains in business. The owner should really be ashamed and embarrassed!
