Earlier today, I visited this location and ordered a #9 combo. When I got home and began eating, both the Mexican pizza and cinnamon twists tasted like they were cooked in old grease, completely unappetizing and disappointing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return right away, but when I came back hours later, I expected the issue to be handled professionally.
The lady supervisor was respectful and helpful, and I truly appreciated her attitude. However, the General Manager’s response was unacceptable. He didn’t want to remake my full order at first, despite the fact that I had to use my own time and gas to return. That’s not just poor customer service, it’s a lack of accountability.
To make matters worse, they still left off my cinnamon twists and kept my receipt, which felt like an attempt to prevent me from contacting corporate. This location had finally started improving, but this experience was a major setback. I’ll be taking my business back to the Fultondale location, even though it’s less convenient. At least there, I’m treated with respect.
I strongly recommend that the GM undergo a customer service evaluation or training. Customers deserve better.
