  There's nothing convenient about ordering from the mobile app and picking up the order inside. Everyone is focused on getting cars through the drive through. Your mobile phone order goes through almost forgotten.

  Don’t go to this taco bell. Consistently forgets food every trip, the drive through line regularly gets backed up to 20+ minute waits. The staff is unhelpful. Save your money.

  Everyone, including the Dashers, beware! This is the slowest fast food store that I've been to (on par with McDonald's on 5 Mile). Your order will be 20-30 minutes late, unless you are in a drive thru line. And if it's a low pay order, Dashers will be waiting forever, wasting their time (don't accept orders from this restaurant or unassign if waiting over 10 min). So much for fast food... more like slow food. P.S. employees inside always bicker and argue with each other (and the kitchen is open). The way I see it, it's a manager's fault for allowing this.

  I place a mobile breakfast order before I leave the house so I can pick it up before work, no problem. This store opens at 7am and I need to be to work at 8 (about two blocks away). I pull up at 7:40 and sit at the speaker, nobody says anything. I say “Excuse me! I’m here for a mobile order!” Nobody says anything. So I pull up to the window. Nobody in sight. I just wait there finally I see a girl so I start waving my arm. She comes up and unlocks the window and says NOTHING, just stares at me. I said “I’m here to pick up a mobile order.” She closes the window. She then says “you’re Cierra?” I said “yes!” And she says “pull to the front door I’ll bring it to you.” I’ve now been waiting about 15 minutes and am going to be late to work.
