  I can’t believe I’m taking the time to leave a review on a Taco Bell, but I’m hoping others will follow suit and leave a review regarding what I’m about to say so something changes. No other fast food place takes as long as this location does to get your food out. This has been a consistent problem for 2+ years now, minimum. Unless there is legit nobody in line, expect to wait 20 minutes on a GOOD day. That’s best case scenario. And I’m not talking about 20 minutes because they’re insanely busy, I’m talking minimum 20 minutes if there’s even 4 cars in line. I had to leave a complaint 6 months ago which I never do because it’s fast food and this is crazy to waste time on, but I waited an HOUR in line at MIDNIGHT and had already paid. The cherry on top? I’m stuck in this line literally as I type all of this out. Continuing to go here is insanity at this point. This place no longer has my business.

  The worst wait out of any tbell in the area. I feel bad always severely understaff. I would go to the one on crooks. The extra drive is worth it. I have timed it multiple times. I will wait at the drive thru or inside longer than driving the extra 10 mins and ordering there. Sad how this was the best tbell for years to the worst one.

  Used to be the best taco bell in oakland county. now it’s miserable to go to or drive through. waits upwards of 30 mins. that’s insane for fast food. no where else in the area is like this
