  Went inside ordered take out, waited for our order, about 10 minutes, which was fine, but the food is cold!!! How is that possible, the Nacho Fries are stone cold!!!! And the chicken burrito is a joke!

  The champagne were hard as a rock ordered the fries and not even 10 fries I paid over 30 for everything and it was inedible will never return to this location on madison street horrible not happy at all corporate needs to be notified

  I don’t know why this place is called Taco Bell, because clearly tacos are not their strong point. I ordered 5 Doritos Locos Tacos, and so far 2 of them broke apart before I even got a chance to eat them. The shells crumble instantly, the toppings spill everywhere, and it turns into more of a salad in a wrapper than an actual taco. If you’re going to put “taco” in your name, at least make sure the tacos hold together long enough to take a bite. Maybe they should rename the place “Crumble Bell” or “Broken Shell Bell,” because right now the taco game is not it.
