The first one I received had so little filling I thought maybe they were running a “just the shell” promotion. It was honestly abysmal. As for the customer service, most of the staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else, except for one kind and competent lady who took the time to make it right and brought me a fresh one. She’s the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. Still, a single good deed can't salvage an otherwise frustrating experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and my appetite won’t be mourning the loss.
