  I went through the drive thru at this location. I made a small order, just a quesadilla. I had a friend with me that made an online order. They refused to let me get the online order with my order. Told me I had to drive around and get back in line so I could pick it up. They insisted on only 1 order per car regardless of being online or not. To top it all off, there were no napkins with either order!

  I placed a pick up order to not have to wait in an hour line. Still had to wait in an hour line because their dining room was closed, as there were people sitting in the dining room.lol

  Lady behind the counter didn’t even make an attempt to pronounce my phonetic name when she called out my order. Called me Kaitlynn. Didn’t give me the drink that I ordered and had to go back in. Was rude when I told her my actual name? Weird experience.

  Ordered through the drive through, the food that we received was horrible! The soft tacos only had beef and cheese with no lettuce. The chicken cantina taco was all around burnt and the cheesy Gordita crunch was not fresh and tasted old. I would not recommend the Perkins Avenue Taco Bell to anyone. Terrible experience, not going back!

  Absolute trash. Ordered 2 soft shells, 2 steak quesadillas, 2 chalupas and 1 crunch wrap supreme. It was $36+ and it was all mostly tortilla - the fillings were barely sprinkled in, maybe a tablespoon of actual meat. I don't know what happened to Taco Bell, but I won't be back.
