  The absolute worst customer service waited in the line for 30 minutes to be told. I would have to wait another 15 minutes because they have to take the 10 DoorDash before the drive-through line after waiting 30 minutes already, and the lady had a nasty attitude about it the worst.

  It's faster to drive to another location that's over 30 minutes away and get your order then order here. I made a mobile order and was in line for an hour

  Very dirty. Very unfriendly work crew and out of fear of retaliation, I did not have them correct my Wrong Order.

  I went tonight to get food and the drive thru girl was super rude the customer service was terrible AND It was her first day today I over heard her yell to the customer before hand as well . She had a very bad attitude when asked things and would cut me off and close the window , then when told I was also picking up a DoorDash she told me come inside . I walked up to the door and it was locked , then came up to the door and said what , I then repeated name of doordasher , and was told it’s not ready yet which is fine . But before I could proceed to say anything she closed the door right in my face , as another doordasher proceed to the door she opened it , and told him the same thing I then nicely asked about how long would the wait be and she proceeded to say “does it look like I know I’m not the cook “ that was rude and uncalled for . She should not be working in customer service if she is not skilled for it . Doesn’t matter if it’s her first day either , she was just terrible .
