- ALAmanda LaffertyOct 8, 20251.0Never thought I'd be giving this Taco Bell a bad review but my experience last night and today in the attempt to fix it was so horrible, so here we go. All I ordered was a quesadilla and 2 cheese rolls add nacho cheese, and then I asked if they could grill the roll ups.. I've worked at Taco Bell on and off thru the years so I know what they can and can't do, based on their willingness. Turns out they weren't willing to grill the roll ups, only the team member at the window told me they couldn't because it wasn't possible, so that wasnt cool. Then when I got my food (of course I didn't check after a long day at work I just wanted to go home) and not only did they short me one of my cheese rolls, the one I did have was so flat so I opened it up and no nacho cheese.. Today I called to get it replaced and I asked for the GM as I've spoken with her before and she seems so nice, but she's on vacation for a week and they wouldn't give me her name.. I was hung up on and when I called back to see who the manager was that was being so nasty, they refused to pick up, or picked up and immediately hung up. Save your time and money, smh
- BBBrenden BSep 27, 20251.0My sister and I were waiting for our order that we placed on the app and got cancelled during a lunch rush at 2pm. Left with no food. Manager was also yelling at coworkers in-front of us. Will not be coming back.
