  Had the worst experience at this Taco Bell location. Was really craving Taco Bell for dinner today, so we stopped by here. While placing our order at the drive-thru, a lady started taking it, but mid-order a guy suddenly interrupted and rushed us like crazy. They didn’t even put in the sauces after we asked for them and completely forgot our Mexican rice—even after taking the payment. Honestly, the whole excitement of trying the crispy chicken burrito died down when it turned out to be cold and the same size as a soft taco. Really disappointing overall.

  Don’t really write reviews however I’ve gone to this Taco Bell about four or five times since I’ve moved to the Charlotte area and not once have they gotten my order right I’ve spent $20 and gotten $10 worth of stuff $30 and $15 worth of stuff I’ve gotten the nine dollar box and only gotten two things that are included in the box. It’s despicable that these people are still allowed to work here.

  Pretty clean Taco Bell. All remodeled and new. Staff isn't always the best though. I got a slushy and it was over flowing as he handed it to me and it drenched my car and hands and clothes. Food is good and hot though and they have special items and offers if you order online.
