Only go here if you have a full tank of gasoline.
You will wait in line for 30+ minutes.
Only to get to the drive thru window and hear crickets.
That’s right nobody at the window.
It truly doesn’t matter if you go at 1pm or 1am. Everyone in town knows this is the worst fast food in the area, but I think we all write it off as a bad day & try again. I also drive to Medina or Norton if I can avoid it when I’m wanting TBell. Since it was lunch, I decided day staff might be better. I repeated my order twice, and still got it wrong. Drive-thru guy was rude and had aggressive body language when taking payment & giving my food out. Slamming drive thru window to close it.
I work in food service, I tend to be overly polite bc I really do understand how customers can be oblivious to the stresses we go through. This location is just a disappointment every time. They all seem angry constantly.
Based on all of the 1 star reviews I have just scrolled through in the past year— I don’t suppose they really care, but here’s my two cents.
It’s a shame.
Waited in line for 40min and no one came back to take my order. The line backed way up and people started honking and yelling. My epilepsy started ro kick in so we left. The owners of this location do not care its their money grab, the employees also don't care. I've been to 35 states and this is the worst taco bell possibly in the world.
I've almost never had a good experience at this taco bell, the workers are fine, they aren't rude or anything but the service is inconsistent at best, I've personally spent up to an hour stuck in the drive thru, I've had a friend late to an event by 2 hours because of the slow drive thru. My orders are often missing items and the food is overcooked and not up to the standard id expect from a chain restaurant.
People say hell is ohio. More specifically, it's this taco bell. They always say they're closed. I think that's a great idea. Close this one. Destroy it. Block off the piece of land that once held this T Bell so that no one has to face the drive thru of agony again. Then maybe we can have a new taco bell on the other side of the highway?? What do we think, rioters?
