  Picking and choosing who can come sit in the lobby to eat because of "staff shortages". Don't come here if you're looking to eat inside.

  I’m so shocked by the behavior of the lady at the drive thru. I ordered a happy hour drink and got charged full price. I asked why I was charged full price and was told I had to tell them I wanted the happy hour price. Absolutely bs. When I called to speak with a manager the same lady said “oh she’s on the phone with a very important call right now.” What a joke! I had just gone to the TB in Chelsea, MI and had a much better experience. I recommend you go there if you can swing up there out of town. This place blows. They put the mexican pizza at the bottom and it got smushed and destroyed, the sauces were a disgusting clump or a pile of them all stuck together from some mystery food or something that dried on them binding them all together in a pile. You had to have seen that when you put them in the bag. We won’t return here hope it was worth the $3 you overcharged me and the crappy service you gave!

  I'm so tired of this location, I'm done with them. I always order on the app, show up to get my food and the dining room is closed. I'm not interested in sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins to get my cold food.

  Can y’all PLEASE put a sign on the door when the lobby is closed?! Really frustrating as a delivery driver when I waste time trying to go inside, and two cars pull in ahead of me to the drive-thru!
