Are you looking to be frustrated? Do you enjoy only receiving half of your order everytime you eat here? Do you enjoy warm drinks with no ice? Do you enjoy unleashing your inner Karen on Google reviews when you’ve had enough? THEN COME ON DOWN TO THIS TACO BELL WHERE ALL OF YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE!! For at least the past TWO years, this location has consistently messed up our orders in the evenings. Whether you order on the app, Doordash, or go through the drive-thru it’s ALWAYS wrong! Do you want re-delivery? Tough luck, the store “doesn’t accept” re-deliveries!! We use the Whipple location now because this one is so terrible, but sadly the app and Doordash automatically selects this location and won’t let you change it. Each time I try to give this place a chance, my reward is anger and frustration. If your order has more than three items, you are guaranteed to have something missing from your bag. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!! If you order between 5pm and 2am, you’ll be missing most of your items AND you aren’t getting ice in your drinks!! I worked in fast food, how hard is it to check the order and ensure the items are correct and in the bag? Well rest assured, it’s impossible at this place and it’ll be a cold day in hell before that happens😃!! Reading the reviews preceding this one is all the proof you need to stay far away from this place. The staff just doesn’t care, and their district manager or corporate needs to get involved at this point. If I could give zero stars, I would. Hell, if there was an option to give negative stars that would be even better!!
