Billion dollar corporation and you can't pay someone to take my order!? This is unacceptable and I will boycott Taco Bell unless they allow customers to order their meal from a human being who deserves a job and a decent wage! I'm very angry!
- LPLaura PettyAug 12, 20251.0I ordered at the kiosk and selected cash. I stood at the counter for five minutes before any employee acknowledged my presence. When an employee finally asked me if I was paying cash, I said yes. They walked away and then back to her station. Want to teach someone how not to give customer service, come here.
