Boring. The decor is gray and black. Only napkins on the counter. Burritos all look like cigars, tightly wrapped and they all look and taste the same, can't even tell them apart. No style anymore.

Hadn't been to a Taco Bell for a couple of years...ever since they started making you order at those stupid kiosks! But my friend had a TB craving so we went here. Right off the bat the kiosk wasn't working, wouldn't accept commands. An employee came over and tapped the screen a few times and got one screen to come up then told us we could order from there. We got one order to process then the screen went blank again. After several more tries we finally got the second order in. Went to the counter to pay (stupid system) and all the employees were in the back. Finally paid an indifferent employee, got our drinks and sat down to wait for our order to be announced. Several minutes went by and one employee asked us if we had ordered any sauces. We said no. She placed an order on the cart that clearly says "MOBILE AND DELIVERY ORDER PICKUP". We continued to wait. A few minutes later, a nice gentleman at another table (the only other person in the place at 3 in the afternoon) tells us that that is probably our order. We went to look and sure enough, our order had been sitting on the mobile cart for several minutes getting cold. The employee never called our name. As we ate our tacos we wondered where the meat was. They were very thin on the meat. We opened up our chalupas and they were cold, and so stale that we couldn't even bite through them. My friend took hers up to the counter. The employee made her another and asked if I also wanted a new one. I declined. Didn't want to know what "additives" might have been put in it that I didn't ask for. My friend said her second one was more like what she expected, but again, full of lettuce/cheese/tomatoes but almost devoid of meat. My friend had also ordered a Dragon Paradise drink which is still listed on the kiosk, but which we were told was "no longer available". I would rate a minus two if I could. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location. If this is the way all TBs operate now, I suspect they will be joining the ever growing list of fast food chains that are going OOB.

Can't follow simple order instructions. Ripped me off. I paid extra for steak and they gave ground beef on whole order... Employees don't know what they're doing...
