    Horrible customer service especially on Saturday night 1034 pm the crew member screaming out the window , music blaring the absolute worst experience ever. Don't go here at night !!!! Horrible !!! What a joke. What do they even get paid hourly for ?? Nasty rude and unclean. If I could give negative stars I would. I hope general management or a district manager steps in. What a mess

    Nightmare all around. Got out of hospital (on my birthday) after having surgery and recovering for a day. Haven't had TB in awhile. I used the kiosk and apparently isntead of ordering a 12 pack with 8 nacho shells, I ordered 8 ranch shells. I was in pain, out of it...etc. Mistakes happen. I got home and noticed, drove 10 minutes to go back. Went in and told them. They were as cold as ice. Said no refunds, no exchanges. They said even if they get it wrong, they don't usually offer that stuff either. So especially not in my case because I did it wrong. I explained I had surgery, still had my surgery wrist band on. Heck, I would have shown them my stitched up scar. Told them on top of it, it was my birthday. Again, zero care. Finally someone lady came up and with two nacho taco and said that is the best they can do. Really? 2? I spent $24, lets say $18 minus the 4 regular hard ones. So I'm still out money and have to throw away the food? To make it worse, when I went home again the two nacho tacos had about 10% filled. Or about two spoons worth of meat/cheese/lettuce if that. I looked at the ranch ones, the same amount. So even if you don't think you own me for a innocent mistake, you have me enough food COMBINED to fill one single shell. I won't be back. Truly a digusting place. And apparently if you contact HQ, they don't care either and, if they even offer, will gave you a few bucks on the Taco Bell app only. TB doesn't care, just as KFC doesn't care either. Though I think the same giant company owns them (and Pizza Hut).

    Pulling in to use the drive thru and see three crew members on the side of the building passing around what seems to be a blunt. You could literally smell it while sitting in the drive thru line. Is management condoning this behavior? I don’t normally leave reviews, but this location has already been holding itself to a pretty low standard. But this is unacceptable.

    Manager said they were waiting 20 minutes for "beef to be cooked" and the cars in front of me in the drive through aren't able to pull up past the window or the manger himself would be fired, so he told us if we wanted anything CHICKEN we would still have to wait behind the cars that we're waiting for beef. Please fire your night manager 8:55 saturday night because he's making you lose money. So because the cars in front are waiting for food you guys can't take any more orders?
