  This place is terrible. I waited at the drive through window for 10 minutes never got acknowledged finally drove off. If you do get an order in you can expect to wait a long time for the food. We just ordered from door dash it took an hour to get the food. I ordered a Mexican pizza it came dry no sauce on it and bland. Who ever the owner is of this establishment you need to step in and get it turned around! Horrible!

  Waited almost 10 minutes in line. We were the only ones in line. The lobby was filled with people waiting on orders and the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. Someone help this place.

  Yesterday, I went in and ordered a taco, pintos and cheese and a potato and cheese. Went to sit down and get utensils and napkins. No utensils but for knives. I asked the lady for a fork or spoon. She said they were out. I said how are people supposed to eat their food? I would have made other choices had I known there were no utensils? She told me I don't care, you can go to another restaurant and get utensils or take it home and use your own. Was very rude and nasty. They should not have run out in the first place, that is poor management. But to treat customers like that is unacceptable. You also need to bring back sporks. The workers need to be retrained to give better customer service and handle situations with kindness and grace.

  Takes way to long this is fast food. They say they are short staffed with close to 5 people working there. I worked at McDonald's night shift with 2 people nobody waited over a half an hour. Food was good and made correctly

  Worst Taco Bell around!!! I worked here for 8 years pre 2024. it used to be one of the fastest around. Now I go to grab two item with a mobile order pick up “in store”. We arrived and found the doors closed at 8:30. My mother went up and knocked on the door repeatedly and was ignored. We proceeded to get in line only one car was ahead of us… we sat for thirty minutes. Mind you when we got to the window, the lady who was super rude, said “I’m taking and making all the orders by myself”. Too bad my mom saw three people standing around doing nothing who could’ve helped her make food some the store could’ve stayed open and functional. Rather than numerous cars pulling off while we waited.
