  Around 10:30pm I went for a chicken quesadilla, they stated they ran out of chicken but could do a steak quesadilla I asked if they were going to charge me the chicken price & they did. Great customer service very friendly and fast.

  Don't ever order online or on the app! No phone number and store can't do anything about it. Out 30$ cause they charged twice and still never gave me my food.

  They didnt have chips while they were open. I couldn't order nachos. As a previous taco bell employee it is required to have all ingredients while open. They couldn't follow one rule. Worst taco bell ever.

  Every time I have placed an order requesting certain items be left out (like lettuce, cheese sauce, or tomatoes due to allergies) or adding items (like extra chicken or beef) the omitted items get left in and I end up paying extra for little additons. Some ingredients, like the taco shells, tasted old and bland. I started going back because they brought back the Cool Ranch Dorrito shells but they don't taste like they used to. The service was okay, the facility was clean and quiet, but considering the inside restaurant and drive thru were not slammed each time we went, I would think accuracy would not be a problem but it proves to be every time we visit. Overall not bad but could be better. The worst service and food quality for us still is the Pizza Hut across the street. I dont frequent Taco Bell much but every time I do, there always seem to be an issue with order accuracy.
