  So they have gotten my order wrong multiple times and I have not made a big deal out of this. They have put sour cream on my nachos when I customized it not a big deal gave it to my husband. I had a family member that just passed last night and I wanted some comfort food while i worked. I am a super picky person when it comes to my food and I put full trust in the cooks with my food. I didn't even personalize the food just ordered it. I was supposed to get an avocado ranch burrito and instead, they gave me the hot sauce one. Not what I asked for DEFINITELY not what I paid for

  1st of all, they no longer have employees who take orders inside the store, you have to place your order on 1 of 2 touchscreen kiosks and pay with a card..... I'm don't think they can accept cash inside. Then after that, we were "lucky" to receive our ordering q little over 20 minutes. We ordered a burrito, some nachos, and an order of fries..... Really? Over 20 minutes? It was horrible. The food was at least hot and had just been assembled, but waiting that long after having to place my own order was enough for me to never want to return.

  Did a door dash at this location waited in a long (23 minute) line that was no issue at all, considering how many businesses are short staffed, I work retail and totally understand. I get to the place to order and a lady comes and asked what I would like, I proceed and said I had an order and gave the name she gets an attitude and says “ohh, that was ready a long time ago” to that I said to my sister “well yeah we’ve waited in this long line” and we get to the window and this lady is arguing and yelling at us through the window asking us which one of us said something about the long line to which I said was me “and that I didn’t appreciate the smart comment she made”. This lady was very unprofessional and not someone who should be dealing with customers. I was at this location on 10-9-21 and about 11:45 ish, maybe even before. I have been to this location multiple times and never have had an experience like this. Description of the lady white women late thirties early forties. And we never gave us our food, to which our customer did not receive their food tonight.
