  Store located within TA Travel Center 3501 Buttermilk Rd, Cottondale, AL. I stood at counter for 18 minutes to place an order. Two Old Black Women completely ignored me, proceeded to gossip and pretended to actually work in slow motion... I have never reached out to corporate to complain about any Taco Bell but this was the WORST Staff I've encountered at any Taco Bell if ever been to in my life! I had to walk across the street to Arby's just to get food... The vast amount of Negative Google Reviews should be some form of indicator that Job Terminations are in order! If employees are refusing to serve customers, hire some that will. This was a terrible experience.

  Today July 1st. Specifically asked them for no cheese and avocado ranch and it was like talking to the wall. They drenched my bowl in the sauce…the rice? Flavorless. BARELY put any beef in my bowl… they like to make the orders in bulk instead of one by one so my crunchy taco was soggy by the time they decided to call out orders. My 5 layer burrito? More beans than anything..This Taco Bell is a disgrace!!!

  Food was bad and gave me food poisoning, I would not recommend eating from there.
