  They were really good When they first opened, but now they've gotten sloppy with food portions being inaccurate, and the fried food is not crispy. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, and hope they'll improve. So, just take off one star from now.

  The food is always great here, service could be better but I guess teenagers need jobs somewhere haha…

  This isn’t just a random experience. This has happened SEVERAL times over the past few months. It’s PATHETIC. Are they closing their eyes and cutting the quesadillas? Two different portion sized cheesy potatoes, wadded up soft tacos. Is this their version of pin the tail on the donkey?

  There was barely any chicken in the Cantina Chicken Bowl. Unusually bad Taco Bell experience.

  We had to order from a kiosk instead of a person. Did not like that. They have taken out Their TVs and put on music , but it's too loud. My taco had extra chipotle instead. Of Just a little bit , like I ordered. My burrito had only about half of the stuff in it that it was supposed to have and it was cold. No forks or knives or spoons to eat with. Asked for a fork they handed me an unwrapped one with their bare hands , no gloves. My wife had to send her burrito back , it was cold. Bad experience !! THINGS NEED TO CHANGE !!! Also bring your coat , because it is cold inside the restaurant , just like their food .
