I ordered 4 gorditas and they turned out to be 4 cheesy ordinary crunch that I did not wanted, I stead of regular gorditas supreme with tomatoes added that I asked for along with chicken added instead of seasoning beef. There was no chicken on every single one of them, plus an order of 12 Cinnabon and got 6. I got robbed for what I paid for the meal which was $35.05 total take out. I recommend of not going there because the service was very very poor along with not having the right correct amount drawer to it's register(s).

I would rather drive out of my way and go to the other Taco Bell located off of Weaver Lake Rd. Food and Customer service at the Hospital Dr location has always been a disappointment. Tried it for one last time and again a failure this time they’re out of steak. When they are promoting the $3 steak burritos . This place needs a major change in staff and how it’s managed.

This particular location is very cheap with their taco fillings. Very little protein, mostly lettuce. Fridley's location is usually really good.

I love Taco Bell in general and will eat anything on the menu. The customer service at Hospital Drive location has gotten worse than ever.
I work at the hospital across the street from this Taco Bell and frequently stop there to pick up dinner before my 12 hour night shift. I purposely ordered using the mobile app tonight and got their 20 minutes before my shift started. I was the only car in the mobile order drive up lane, and there were a bunch of cars in the drive thru. I waited for about 4 other cars in the drive thru to place their orders before someone acknowledged me on the speaker. Each car was taking over 5 minutes to get their food when they finally got to the window. By the time I got there, my food was cold and I was already 10 minutes late for work. I said something to the employee at the window that I used the mobile app to bypass the line and they put my order together but made me wait behind all of the the other customers that hadn't decided what they wanted anyway. I don't care how close you are to my work -- I'm not taking the chance of being late and getting ice cold food again.
