  Placed an online order, went to pick it up. Gal at the front counter was rude and not helpful when trying to locate the order. Then asked for a manager, who was also rude and condescending as we were told they don't have the order at that location. Luckily we had the order # along with a screenshot showing the order is ready. Meanwhile it was sitting on the counter. I understand good help is hard to find, but you might want to just close this location since the employees are all rude and less than helpful. I would be embarrassed if this was my franchise.

  I mobile ordered my food, went through the drive through to get it and half of the items were wrong or out of stock?? The employee helping me was very apologetic and did his best to help. But now you’re telling me I payed for food you didn’t even have?!? I just got off a 14 hour shift and all I wanted before bed was some warm fresh food, but no! SUCKY!!!! I have never EVER had these issues with other taco bells.

  Sorry, but fast food isn’t supposed to be every bit as expensive, if not more, than an actual sit down restaurant… it’s just not. $40 for a lunch for two of us and a small child who doesn’t eat much, seriously???

  Came here twice around 10pm. Never got service nor the courtesy that they were not discontinued service for the the night (open til 2am apparently)
