Can’t beat this Taco Bell give extra sauce and very kind gave me my food before I even got to pay lmao, great service I’ve been to many other Taco Bell’s around the area and this one definitely beats all the ones I’ve been to. experience was so good that I actually wrote a review lmao.
Would not even rate a 1. Ordered a steak quesadilla for 800. Received 3 pieces on each part. TINY!! Asked a manager if that all you get. He said yep and walked away. Other lady was rude! Mt luther king drv Lansing Mi.

WAIT BEFORE YOU GET TACO BELL READ THIS!!! (Alright now I ordered taco bell at the drive through and it was like any other night and I asked them to shake it because I can't have to much grease and so I got home and it was covered in grease so I go back up there the manager was very rude wouldn't remake it and gave me only a little meat that was still covered in grease I got fed up and went to a different one and they fixed it for me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I see why their google review rate is at a 3.1 after being open and it’s a new location. Called about my order being cold for two days, finally got ahold of the General Manager Joe “if that’s his name” and Joe stated that without the receipt, he can’t replace the order. I still have ALL OF THE FOOD AND THEIR ORDER STICKER ON THE FRONT OF THE BAG showing all of the items, Order number, Restaurant number, etc. Still told me they couldn’t replace my order. I didn’t even ask for no money back and missed an item in my bag. I swear these folks acted as if they’re not speaking to a supervisor of their competitor or, a General Manager of another business. Word of mouth is every thing and this location is HORRID, GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. Upper management should be embarrassed to facilitate a business with such gross, distasteful as well as poor customer service. Joe “Restaurant General Manager stated the reason for it is due to someone coming with food and no receipt or the amount was $60 dollars worth of food. She didn’t have this sticker below 👇🏽 on it though. Again, poor customer service followed bye below average of rectifying issues for customers that are actually being screwed by his staff when he is not there.

I've been coming here pretty often since you opened and never had much of a problem with the professionalism of the employees orders have been messed up somewhat frequently but always have had nice people working lately there's a lady that works the drive-thru during the day she's not very nice she doesn't seem like she likes being there there's no smile no greeting and a pretty big hint of attitude. Today I pulled to the drive-thru with no cars in the Drive-Thru they're automated prompt goes off and then I sat there for at least 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged I even said hello twice and was just ignored I get to the window pay for my food it just kind of seemed like nobody knew what was going on up in there again no smiles no greeting nothing kind of just a mundane transaction. Ok whatever no big deal . I get home and the burrito I ordered is completely wrong not even the same burrito I ordered I give the place a call the phone rings I don't know 9 10 times it's finally answered and swiftly hung up so I drive back up there I go inside and I stand there for 5 minutes with everybody pretendeding like they didn't even see me. I wanted to yell load enough for everyone in the building to hear "what we all just gonna pretend I'm not standing here" but I didn't I stood there as everyone including that normal daytime drive-thru lady sees me and nobody says anything she continues wiping things down and walks away TWICE. finally only after a large family walks in does the guy making the food jump off the line and comes to find out what's wrong and now all of a sudden all these employees have the time to be out in the counter area to take my order come fill the sauces in the lobby. Now if someone asks for a certain food item with extra ingredients that don't even come on the item you rang up common sense should ring a bell that something isn't right here but I guess to each there own. I will tell you a smile or just an acknowledgment a simple hey can you you hold for a moment please would have went a long way and this review most likely would not have been left.
