  Had a problem with cold food I ended up talking to (Ambre) who was super nice and willing to fix my food when I got to the store. When I got there (Erin) helped enter in the food to be remade and was super nice! Definitely changed my mind on Taco Bell at this location! Thank you for making it right!

  They would have gotten all 5 stars if they'd have remember the 🌮. The food is good and service friendly, but they forgot some of the food.

  Mobile ordered promised at 5:22, received at 5:35. Had to ask for a side of sour cream for the fiesta potatoes because they did not put that on there. Had to ask for Forks because there were nothing but knives Out in the convenience but guess what? They did not have a fork in the place nor a spoon! So apparently you're supposed to eat your potatoes with your fingers! The straws were not with the drinks dispensers but we're on the opposite side of the room. Tables needed to be cleaned. Restrooms were nasty. Apparently this needs to be addressed and management needs to be contacted. Oh, also two members of my party complained of having cold food. Not a good value. Not good service. Not good management.

  Food is actually good here. Unfortunately the staff is so rude. The manager was appalled and disgusted that I drove up to the window bc I hadn’t gotten anything at the speaker for 3 minutes. She IMMEDIATELY daggered me “did I take your order?” oh so you were intentionally ignoring me when I was saying hello at the speaker for 3 minutes?
