  What a joke! Pulled around AGAIN for the third time this week and waiting 20 minutes for 3 ICE COLD CHILI CHEESE BURRITOS. There so cold the cheese isn’t even melted. This is BS. This location has been pulling customers around to park with every single order passed 11:00pm even if your the only customer. The wait is ridiculous and its for OLD COLD FOOD!!! This isn’t even a burrito, this is a flattened taco with damn near nothing in it! . Won’t be returning to Green street

  Right so, what’s the point of having an order ahead option if I still have to sit in my car for over 10 minutes, just to be handed cold tacos?ridiculous. I used to choose this location over the one on the strip because they ran this place like the navy. Now? It’s a complete joke. Feels like new management came in and ran the place straight into the ground. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s pathetic. Do better!

  Forced to use the kiosk at night. Waited 25 minutes for a handful of tacos. Defeats the purpose of "fast food".

  First off there is plenty of staff at this location, so no excuse! They are always out of drinks, and the drive through is always closed just when they want. Last night the lobby had a good amount of people waiting for their food. Drive thru is always priority which is wrong! I stood and waited for my food about 15mins. We got home had all our food and 2 quesadillas we didn’t order, good for us, 😒 huh whatever. The Catina chicken was hard and dark. We will just start riding up to 41.

  I've went three separate times this week around 8 pm and the drive thru was closed and the cashier was rude on speaker
