  This was the worst experience that I have ever had at Taco Bell. Every single item that we ordered was wrong and all of the food was old. They tried to give us drinks with no lids. The service was horrible.

  The AI ordering is horrible. It always gets the order wrong and has no idea what you’re saying. Also, arrived at 4:59pm and it would not give me the happy hour soda.

  Couldn't rate food, since the ai at drive through got order wrong twice, then human took over and couldn't take order for two burritos correct. I drove off when the person at window was way off with my order. I'm done with Taco Bell.

  don’t usually write reviews, but this Taco Bell experience was so bad it deserves one. I ordered a Crunchwrap with no cheese because I can’t eat it. Pretty simple, right? When I opened it up, it was loaded with cheese. I called up politely to let them know, and the lady on the phone straight up lied to me saying there wasn’t any. Then she told me she “checked the cameras” and acted like I was making it up. First of all, how is watching a camera supposed to prove what’s inside the food? Second, the attitude was unbelievable—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the mistake, she argued with me like it was my fault. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and apparently lying to customers is their go-to. I won’t be coming back to this location. Then she proceeded to tell me you know what you can text it to my number. this lady genuinely thought I would lie about a $7 item. It’s not that hard to simply pay attention and not add cheese to an Item. I don’t understand how you can mess up such a simple task
