  By far the worst experience. Drive through took over 30 minutes and when you go inside to see whats going on, they ignore you, and make comments that you have to go through the drive thru. They do not care for customer service in any way.

  Arrived a little after 9pm. Food was cold!!!! Ordered the nacho fries and 2 cinnabons. All food.... Icy cold! Needless to say, I won't be back. I don't live close by as I was visiting a friend. But you better believe I shared the news with her. She said this is typical as well. So disappointing.

  Sat in line for 56 minutes wich is fine if your busy your busy got 2 hard shell tacos with no lettuce and a 2 piece chicken strip the 2 hard shell tacos had lettuce and no meat and my chicken strips were room temp and burnt somehow I would not recommend this place it sucks :/ </3

  I went with my boyfriend for dinner and we ordered through the app. This was the worst Taco Bell experience I have had. I ordered a spicy potato soft taco, and the potatoes were stale and hard. The fiesta potatoes had the same issue. My boyfriend ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, and it was missing the ground beef. We ordered a Baja Blast and a Brisk iced tea. They were out of Baja Blast, so I switched to a Starry but received carbonated water instead. My boyfriend ordered a Brisk sparkling tea, but what we received tasted like Diet Pepsi. When we asked the employee at the window, he first said they were out of it and then claimed what he gave us was “sparkling iced tea.” Pictured is the cheesy Gordita crunch we received.
