  I went late one day to this location and I've never felt more like living mas than after meeting the staff here. They were so nice and patient even though I had a pretty big order with lots of customizations. They made sure that everything was correct and made me feel welcome with smiles. Sheri was so sweet and Vicky was very efficient, making sure my order got to me as quickly as possible. My food was hot and delicious and correct. I 100% recommend this location to anyone who wants to live mas.

  I tried the new Taco Bell in Cumming. Wait I tried to try the new Taco Bell. They refused to take my order from a person saying I had to use a kiosk. I guess I should be thanking you from saving me from your low quality food with your terrible service.

  Just tried the new Taco Bell in Cumming. Used the drive-thru. I had trouble hearing the young lady on the speaker, but we got it figured out. The food came quickly, tasted good. No complaints.

  I went through the drive-thru at this new Taco Bell and honestly had one of the best experiences I’ve had at any location. My order was pretty complicated — a few customizations and add-ons — but the staff got everything right without missing a beat. They were friendly, patient, and seemed happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. The food came out hot, fresh, and just how I ordered it. You can tell the team here really cares about getting things right and giving good service, even though it’s a brand-new location. It’s nice to see that kind of attention to detail these days! I’ll definitely be back — this is officially my new go-to Taco Bell

  Came here today for lunch. After 30 minutes my order came out but multiple other customers orders tickets were ignored. After more excessive waiting both men had to ask about their orders and they just started to make them as they brought it up. They also have no cashier's so you have to use the touch screens and just wait to be helped if you have an issue for when a cook decides to come over. I get that maybe this is a new location but this is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention I ordered onions for my grilled cheese burrito and they gave them to me in a cup. I literally had to rip open my burrito to add them. Ridiculous. I paid extra for the onions and then had to destroy my burrito just to add them myself. I doubt I will be giving this location a second chance. They didn't just mess up my order. I watched as they messed up and even forgot several lobby guest orders. This is unacceptable. Some of the customers had to cancel their orders after waiting 40+ minutes for the orders to not be made. They even told the cooks and instead of correcting it by preparing those orders they proceeded to not work on those orders. I literally watched this lady start to correct the error by beginning their order and then she stopped halfway to leave to go work on new orders in the drive through instead. If you keep this up you're going to be losing multiple lifelong customers. My suggestion is to pick any of the other locations.
